After the success of our first venue in the heart of Melbourne CBD, Chef Andy decided to branch out and opened Hosaku Windsor in May 2025.

Hosaku is a modern Japanese restaurant in Windsor, built around quality ingredients, refined technique and a love for bringing people together over great food.

We offer a dining experience that moves effortlessly from casual lunch to lively dinner, making us a local go to for everything from quick bites to long nights out.
